Brawn GP

Brawn GP, it came to existence due to recession. So, thanks recession for giving such a team. What a time it was to be born as newest team in the worlds most glamorous and expensive sporting event, Formula 1. It was all due to backing out of Honda from formula 1, which didn’t performed well during the 2008 season. They had just secured 14 points in that season from 18 races, which was followed by Force India and super aguri, which didn’t opened their accounts.
It came to existence at 17 March 2009; When Honda was acquired by its team principal Ross brawn. It came as relief to many, for the driver’s jenson buton and Ruben barrichelo too. They describe the last 3 months as a nightmare, when Honda announced to back out from F1 at December 2008.
They went for Australian GP without major sponsorship. The car was all white, without any logo on it. It was just before the final race, virgin groups struck sponsorship deal with it.
The new cars showed their potential during testing and qualifying rounds. They were fastest in all laps out beating the champions like McLaren and Ferrari. Jenson buton took the pole position, followed by his team mate Ruben barrichelo, and they both end up at podium. They had created a history, by podium finish on the debut.

The team which had just earned 14 points in last season, earned 18 on the seasons first GP. It would be really nice to follow this team, which would give lessons to the champions. Credit of the win goes mainly to Ross brawn who believed that his cars were best in 2009. So, it was proved.

Looking ahead of gr8 season...

Not so real…

Just few moments back, I was on the bean bag watching TV. There was nothing interesting; I already had watched the news. Same news about Pakistan was all over and over again, so couldn't bear it anymore. I switched to some random channel, it was Sony TV. Some serial was being aired; where I could some terrorists (I guess) were stuck inside a house. It was later I knew, that house has been cordoned off by the security forces (may be 4 or 5).

To my surprise, one of the army men was at the roof top, which was tinned roof (I think that the militants were deaf, as they couldn't hear someone climbing at roof). It doesn't end here; person at the top removes a piece of roof to have a better view on the militants. I hope militants were blind too, as they couldn't see the lights coming in from the roof. Then, the real battle starts. Person at the top starts firing, but to surprise none of the militants inside gets any shot, and big plus point is that they don't care who is firing at them. Then they start firing at the personals that are waiting outside.

The firing is on, few militants are killed. The captain (hero of the soap) has a pistol, which has more than 12 bullets in it (as per I know pistol can carry 12 bullets max). He fires it like a machine gun, and good point is that he doesn't have to reload it. The gun the other army personal was carrying was also a unique one. I had never seen a gun or toy gun like that one, may be in future I might be lucky enough to have one. This gun didn't have trigger, I don't know where guns are made, who came up with this design. For few moments I was searching where his fingers are on? But, to my bad luck, he was carrying most sophisticated weapon, I ever seen "a gun without a trigger". I really couldn't control my laughter at that time. But, any way except one, all militants were killed by our so fake personal.

I am still confused, who makes this kind serials, where everything is so fake. This is just an instance, may be there are more.

love to cook ???

Nothing much to confuse about, this post is all about own personal interests. Some love to gossip, some loves to drive and many more. It differs with each person. As I was bored today, so was going through the net to find some recipes, so that I could cut my time. I came across a good site. So, I hope it might be like helping someone, who shares same interest of me i.e. cooking. I love to cook, but I have some constraint, i.e. I love to cook only chicken items. So, hoping it might help interested people out there.

Kiren Rijiju... a star

 

As a child, I loved to watch the debates going on in lok sabha. It was bit of compulsion too, as we didn't have any cable connection in our house. It was during these debates, we got to know what our elected representatives were really up to. I heard about many places, the politicians were speaking; I got to hear about Assam too. I always felt if someone would mention about our state (Arunachal Pradesh) too, but to my bad luck no one did. I felt, as there is no MP elected from our state, so there was no sign of our presence. This proved to wrong, later. When I came to know, there were 2 seats in lok sabha and 1 in rajya sabha for our state. After 2004 election, our representative changed. This time I was hoping, at least we see them in the house.

It was one day, while we were watching news, I saw a fair person, with bit of moustache, wearing a gallok (traditional coat) asking some question. It was then my baba who told me that it was Kiran rijiju. I was really thrilled to see him; it didn't matter me what he was asking about. After that, it was like daily affair to see him, participating in debates. I wished, he would be sitting in front row with advani and other leaders, but He was always seen at last rows; even great leaders like Ataj ji started his parliamentary career from back seat. I hope, one day he too follow the same footstep and lead the nation.

 

Kiren rijiju

Currently, he is national secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). His selection is the highest such appointment in north east India.
